I had ordered the circus pup harness and poop bag for my pup in the sale but the lead was out of stock :( I was a bit cheeky and messaged Hounds of Eden on instagram and just said “hey if you have a spare hanging around I’d love to buy it so I have the set”. They replied really fast and said they’d have a dig around the office and the next day they let me know that they’d found one and uploaded it to the website and posted it out the same day for me. Exceptional customer service and so friendly when talking to them. This is why I will continue to dress both my pups in Hounds of Eden - great designs and items and such a fabulous customer service that make the entire experience a delight. Thank you! 🩵
